Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For a download that starts straight away, you lose that right when you ask for the immediate download and confirm that you know you lose it, at checkout.
Sales are final
Once your licence has been delivered, the sale is final, except in the cases below or where the law says otherwise.
If it doesn't work on your computer
If TapeLeader doesn't work on your computer because of a technical problem that we can't solve, we refund you. Write to ivan@tapeleader.com within 30 days of your purchase, with your order number, and tell us what happens.
Refunds from Link
TapeLeader is sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record service. Link may also refund a purchase under its own terms, up to 60 days after it. For anything about the payment, you can also contact Link support.
How it's done
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. After a full refund, by us or by Link, the licence stops being valid.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights that the law gives you.
