These terms apply when you share a comparison from SyncHead or TapeLeader on tapeleader.com. By ticking "I have permission to share this audio" and uploading, you accept them.
1. Who we are
tapeleader.com and the sharing service are run by WEB 2 IVULCAN, S.L. (web2one), CIF B88058862, Calle Olvido 47, 28691 Villanueva de la Cañada (Madrid), Spain ("we"). Contact: ivan@tapeleader.com. To report content, use the form at tapeleader.com/report.
2. What the service does
- You upload a comparison (versions of the same audio and their names, title and notes) and get a private link.
- Anyone who has the link can listen to it in a browser on tapeleader.com. Links are not listed anywhere on the site and ask search engines not to index them.
- Each version can be up to 30 seconds long, with up to 12 versions per link.
- Links expire after 30 days. You can renew them from SyncHead. When a link expires, its audio is deleted.
- The page is for listening. It has no download button and we don't offer the files for download.
- The service is free. We may change it, limit it or stop it. We don't keep backups of shared audio: keep your originals.
3. What you may upload
- Only audio that you own or that you have permission to share from everyone who holds rights in it (for example the artist, the label, the producer or your client). A short excerpt is not automatically free to use.
- Nothing illegal and nothing that infringes anyone's rights, including copyright, privacy or image rights.
- Share each link only with the people you choose to send it to.
- You are responsible for what you upload and for who you share the link with.
4. Your rights in your audio
You keep all your rights. You only give us permission to store your upload and play it to the people who open your link, while the link is active. We don't use your audio for anything else: not for advertising, not for training, not for anything we publish.
5. Reports and removal
- Anyone can report a link at tapeleader.com/report, explaining why the content is illegal or infringes their rights.
- We review reports and remove content that is illegal or that breaks these terms, promptly. We may also remove a link on our own if it breaks these terms.
- When we remove one of your links, SyncHead shows you the reason and how to appeal at tapeleader.com/appeal. We review appeals.
- If an installation of SyncHead receives repeated valid reports, we stop it from sharing.
6. Deleting your links
You can delete any of your links at any time from SyncHead (My links). The audio is deleted at once.
7. Your data
What we store and why is explained at tapeleader.com/privacy.
8. Liability
We store what users upload and play it at their request. We don't check uploads in advance and we are not responsible for content uploaded by users, as long as we act promptly when we learn that it is illegal (EU Digital Services Act, article 6; Spanish law 34/2002, article 16). The service is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you and that can't be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, SyncHead asks you to accept the new version before you share again. Links you already shared stay under the version you accepted until they expire or you renew them.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws and courts of the country where you live.
