Who is responsible
WEB 2 IVULCAN, S.L. (web2one), CIF B88058862, Calle Olvido 47, 28691 Villanueva de la Cañada (Madrid), Spain. Contact for anything about your data: ivan@tapeleader.com.
The website
- No analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from tapeleader.com itself: your browser doesn't contact anyone else.
- No cookies.
- Like any web server, ours keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security, for up to 15 days. Pages of shared links and their audio are not logged.
Shared links (SyncHead and TapeLeader)
When you share a comparison we store:
- what you upload: the audio and the texts (title, notes, names of groups and versions);
- a fingerprint of your SyncHead installation (a one-way code made from a random key that SyncHead creates; it doesn't identify you by name);
- your IP address, the dates, and the version of these terms you accepted.
Why: to run the service you asked for (GDPR article 6.1.b), and to apply limits, prevent abuse and handle reports, which is our legitimate interest and a legal obligation for hosting services (GDPR article 6.1.c and 6.1.f).
How long: the audio and texts until you delete the link, it expires or it is removed after a report. The IP address and the fingerprint, 90 days, unless the link received a report.
Reports and appeals
If you send a report or an appeal, we store what you write and, if you give them, your name and email address, to handle it and keep a record that we did. We keep them for 3 years.
Who processes the data
Our server is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (EU). Reports and appeals reach us by email through our email providers (Google Gmail, which sends them, and the host of our tapeleader.com mailbox). We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it or delete it, to limit its use or to object to it, at ivan@tapeleader.com. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
